    The City no longer collects large items. Residents can prepay Harter's Quick Clean-Up, the City's hauler, (608) 782-2082, for per-item pickup on the bi-weekly recycling day (e.g. couch $46.50, mattress $54, appliance $31-$51.50, TV $70).
