When you search

The item and ZIP code you search for appear in the page address (for example /search?item=TV&zip=80303). We don’t save your searches or use your device’s location. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard logs such as page addresses, IP addresses and browser type.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics, we’ll update this page first.

When you book a pickup

We ask for your name, email, phone number, pickup address, the items you’re getting rid of and any notes for the crew. We use this to schedule and complete your pickup, contact you about it, and bill you.

Your card is entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page, not on our website. Stripe saves it for us so we can charge you after the pickup; we never see or store your full card number. Booking emails are sent through our email provider. See our payment terms.
