    How it works

City of Euclid curbside collection by contractor Kimble Companies. Bulk or large items are picked up on the regular trash day if set out properly: mattresses, box springs and upholstered furniture double-wrapped and sealed in plastic, doors removed from appliances that seal shut. Weekly co-mingled recycling includes corrugated cardboard. Hardened latex paint in uncovered cans is picked up curbside. Tires and batteries are not collected.

    Cost & rules
    • Must be completely sealed in plastic.
    • Before you go: Double wrap in plastic and seal with duct tape.

Before you go

  1. Count each piece separately: mattress, box spring and topper can be priced differently.
  2. Check for moisture, mold or bed bugs; many recyclers refuse damaged bedding.
  3. Confirm per-piece pricing and whether wrapping or an appointment is required.
