    The City of Gulfport contracts with Waste Pro for curbside collection: garbage twice a week, recycling every Wednesday, and bulk trash on the same day as garbage pickup. Large piles or missed pickups are reported to the Gulfport Call Center (311 or 228-868-5700). The city's Prohibited Wastes list excludes electronics, microwaves, refrigerant appliances, tires, batteries and paint from curbside collection. Residents pay for collection on the city water and sewer bill.
